Fatdaddy's Smokehouse and Grill

We stumbled upon this place ori our coastal drive towards Alabama. Awesome find! Owner Victor and waitress Stormie made us feel extremely welcome. New Year's special were the pork chops, which we added to the massive sampler with four sides and great sauces. Nice beers to complement the food. Although sumptuous and delicious, we did not feel stuffed which is a testament of the great quality of the food. Pecan pie for dessert which was great as well... finished too fast so no picture. Lastly, the place itself is beachy, authentic and the staff once again a HUGE part of the experience. 10/10. We went back the next morning to enjoy the great view and to have breakfast. Awesome coffee!

We stopped by Fatdaddy's BBQ for lunch and the food was very good. My wife got the baked potato with pulled pork. It was a huge potato with cheese, bacon, green onions, and the pulled pork. It came with butter and sour cream. She really enjoyed it. I got the beef brisket sandwich with fries and fried okra. Brisket was really tender and the sauce came on the side. Sauce was sweet with a little bit of spice. The fries and okra were both good.

Great food. Fantastic service. The pulled pork sandwich is huge! Seriously, share this one or be prepared to take it home. Its delish! Fried shrimp plate fantastic and way too much food. Ribs were the best she's had in a long time. Catfish was tender and very good. Y'all come!

The food flavours were out of this world. Service was quick and friendly. The brisket plate was one of the best I’ve ever had and I added their delicious white Alabama sauce 😊

Many times repeat customer here. Never had a bad meal. We stay in the RV Park next door every March. We are only 5 days in, and already have ordered from there 4 times. That should tell you how we love the food. Portion size and service is good, too.
