Explorer House

This is one of the few places I would like to be able to give a higher evaluation than a 5. The house is beautiful and in a quiet dead end street. It is in perfect condition and beautifully decorated. The rooms are amazing and each has a small private balcony and the bathroom is very nice with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The morning breakfast is amazing and different every day. Deanna and Alec are great hosts and will provide you with excellent recommendations from wineries to restaurants. We've been to NOTL dozens of times and the EH is at the top!||Richard & Debra

We had a lovely experience at this B&B. Deanna was an excellent host. She was very accessible to help us out with our trip to NOTL. Decor amazing and very clean. Rooms very comfortable and roomy. Backyard with hot tub excellent. Our breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend.

Spectacular! Deanna and Alec are amazing hosts. Their B&B is fabulous, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. My wife and I have traveled extensively for over 40 years and this would be considered one of our better stays away from home. The three course gormet breakfast ( different every day) were so yummy....with fresh ingredients and homemade baked goods. They also gladly share their expert knowledge of the attractions, winery's and restaurants. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. Deanna and Alec have a beautiful house, we enjoyed the Serengeti suite, and breakfast was a delight. Many thanks to Deanna who shared her insight on local restaurants and places to find unique gifts for the holidays.

Explorer House was excellent! The hosts are wonderful and gave us great information on things to see and do in the area. The rooms and grounds are exceptionally maintained, quiet and relaxing. The breakfasts were fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. We’re looking forward to going back to this beautiful area.
