What a truly phenomenal stay from arrival to departure. Nicky and Bin treated us like absolute royalty, proactively anticipating our every need. Their attention to detail, warm and genuine hospitality, exceptional cleanliness, ideal location, and above all, impeccable service made this an unforgettable experience. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. The suite was absolutely beautiful—featuring a very comfortable king-size bed, a stunning washroom, a relaxing jacuzzi tub, a perfect shower, and thoughtful amenities throughout. And then there was Nicky’s famous breakfast… simply outstanding. Homemade croissants, cinnamon buns, a beautiful fruit plate, decadent French toast, fluffy scrambled eggs, and turkey bacon—every bite was delicious. I’m making myself hungry again just

Our host Nicky welcomed us warmly into the most comfortable and spotless home. Our rooms were beautifully arranged and equipped with everything we could need. When it came to breakfast, it was out of this world! I wasn't expecting such an abundance of beautifully presented food. Homemade croissants, cinnamon or raison buns, delicious egg dishes and the loveliest fresh fruit plates. Nicky kindly accommodated any dietary restrictions. Nicky was so friendly and gave us some helpful suggestions regarding where to visit or park during our stay. We enjoyed chatting with her at breakfast. It was clear that Nicky takes pride in every detail to ensure we all have a wonderful experience at her place.

Our stay was amazing. The host Nicky is super sweet and kind. The fresh homemade breakfast was delicious. You can tell that Nicky loves what she‘s doing. We really enjoyed the conversations at the breakfast table with her. The room was nice, comfortable and clean and Nicky always made sure that everything is okay. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. Thank you Nicky!

All of the 1,000 plus 5 star reviews are 100% accurate! Within just a few minutes after arriving, we both felt like ‘family’ as Nicky greeted us and made us feel so comfortable in their home. Every aspect of our stay was yes-5 star level from effective pre-visit communications to the superb breakfast! Our room was perfect in every way and could not have been more comfortable, quiet and most importantly-clean! We have stayed at several bed and breakfast establishments over the years and Graystone has set the ‘benchmark’ for meeting and exceeding our expectations! We look forward to returning to our ‘home away from home’ at Graystone Bed & Breakfast!

My wife and I decided to have a mini-honeymoon in Niagara on the Lake and chose Graystone Bed and Breakfast. Though this was our first time staying with Nikki, this will not be our last. Nikki was an exceptional host and really she is what stood out to us the most about our stay. She always made herself available or easy to reach yet gave you the feeling of privacy throughout the home, her breakfasts were fantastic and homemade, and our conversations were delightful! Did I mention that all of her pastry's were better if not as good as my favorite bakery back home, Pair Baguette!!! Her rooms were spacious, private, and very very clean and meticulous. All rooms come with their own bathroom/shower/Jacuzzi and all guests have access to the back deck/patio that opens to a well kept private back
