Hummingbird Haven Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I experienced the most relaxing stay at Hummingbird Haven. Our host, Mandy, was very accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. She definitely left no stone unturned from the warm welcome, to our suite,, the amenities and, of course, the wonderful breakfasts. The Haven is conveniently located with a short walk to the park and Lake Ontario, the Historic Town, restaurants and theatres. We are definitely looking forward to another stay at this gem of a Bed and Breakfast!

Wonderfully decorated spacious room overlooking Lake Ontario. Clean, cozy, quiet accommodations. Mandy is a friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and kind host. Her flower gardens are breathtaking! Great breakfast-before taking a 5 min walk to get to stunning lakefront pathways, gorgeous 9 hole golf course or multiple quaint downtown shops. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Mandy’s b&b was the perfect getaway! We took our parents for their birthdays and she made sure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The location was perfect (5 mins to the town, 5 mins to the water) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There’s a gorgeous back garden and Mandy was a lovely host. Would definitely recommend!! 🙂

I found Hummingbird Haven online for my new bride and I to stay at on our wedding night. Speaking with Mandy about our night and stay, she was more than happy to share her place and make our stay so very special. I knew immediately that I found the most amazing place and host. Mandy provided everything for the bride to be able to get ready at her place before the wedding. Once the party ended, we were heading back to Hummingbird Haven. Mandy had waited up for us to make sure we arrived safely and could access our room. Mandy left us to enjoy our stay until we were ready to enjoy some champagne and some light eats in the morning. We had an amazing time!! It is perfectly titled as it truly is a haven. The gardens alone are so beautiful that we didn't need to leave the premises to feel at peace and nurtured. And the host was delightful. We had many inspirational conversations. And to top it all off, the location is 5 minutes walk to everywhere you would want to go, from a lovely path leading to a secluded bench by the water, to the Queen St shops and the theaters. Hummingbird Haven is now and forever more our go-to retreat in NOTL!
