Lulu's Bed & Breakfast

I stayed here late July with a very good friend of mine and his wife and booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The owner made amazing breakfast every morning and also often gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore locally. The breakfast was always a blast as you get to converse with other guests when they join you at the table (fully optional!) The fruit bowl and coffee is to die for! All in all, I can say we had the best time possible at Lulu's and we would not have had this at any other BnBs! If I were to ever come back to Niagara, this would be on my bucket list to come back to.

We were disappointed with our stay. Check-in was disorganized, the air conditioning was inadequate during a heat wave, breakfast was uncomfortable due to the accusatory way guests were addressed regarding the air conditioner situation. We also had troubling interactions with the owner after our stay, which reinforced our concerns. I strongly advise avoiding this B&B.

A beautiful house in a quiet residential street conveniently located for Niagara on the Lake wineries visit and Niagara Falls. The rooms are tastefully decorated and every corner of the house is squeaky clean. The host is very friendly, kind and serves most tasty breakfast with local ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for two nights.

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend to enjoy a Girls' trip getaway in the area and to explore the falls. The owner, Lulu, was very accommodating and helpful. She prepared a fabulous breakfast each morning. She is a wonderful chef and it is apparent that she loves to cook for others. The home is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to walk or drive a short distance. It was nice to meet the other guests and share breakfast each morning. The home is immaculate and pristine. Our needs were certainly met which made for a relaxing stay. I would not recommend this for families with children. This is a beautiful and "formal" environment, I believe, intended more for adult get-aways or business/leisure stays.

I booked a room here this month for 2 nights via Booking.com. I arrived and the host left a note on the door saying she'll be back and go to room, so we did. The room had no en suite bathroom which I booked and paid for. The bed spread had several stains on it, pillows were out of place and missing covers, the sheets were wrinkled and looked like they weren't changed from previous guest, there were cobwebs on the ceiling light and the room was small, dark and dirty overall. There was no other room available with en suite bath, the host claimed I booked the room knowing there wasn't (I didn't) and refused to provide a refund for either night. She also accused us of stealing a pillow case, which she later recanted without apology. Also the house is far from the main center of town.||Over all
