Seaway Manor Bed and Breakfast

Peter and Colin were amazing hosts! Very friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The freshly baked cookies and handmade soaps were a lovely touch. Breakfast was wonderful - we had vegetable crepes with sausage/bacon with poached eggs and zucchini muffins the first day, and scrambled eggs eith sausage/bacon, freshly baked biscuits with apricot and strawberry jam, and banana mini-muffins the next day in their beautiful breakfast room. Walking distance to the thousand island cruises and restaurants nearby. Would absolutely recommend & return! Thanks for an incredible stay :)

Our hosts Peter and Collin treated us with care and kindness. Our breakfast was delicious and fortified us for our adventures around the region. The property is located on a lovely street near the marina, making it walkable for most town amenities. The Manor has been thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail. We had the top floor loft which was nice and spacious. We will be back!

If you're going to be in the Kingston, Ontario area do yourself a favour and stay in beautiful Gananoque. And if you're going to stay in Gananoque do yourself a really big favour and stay at the Seaway Manor. ||||We have been fortunate enough to have done a bit of traveling. Seaway Manor was, without a doubt, our most enjoyable stay. Our room was very large, beautifully decorated and appointed and the cleanest we've ever experienced. The entire premises just shined.||||The breakfasts served up each morning were varied but always delicious.||||The best of the Seaway Manor are the owners/chefs/workers/tour guides/entertainers. Our hosts, Colin and Peter, were outstanding! Friendly, funny, welcoming, and very informative of the local area. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and outfitted with all items you would need. The homemade breakfasts were exceptional. We, nine family members, have been spreading the news at home of the excellent time we had. All nine family members highly recommend the Seaway Manor B&B!

We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay in Gananoque! From the moment we arrived, Colin and Peter welcomed us with genuine warmth and made sure we had everything we needed to settle in. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet just a short stroll from the waterfront and all the lovely shops and restaurants the town has to offer. Breakfast was a standout every morning, with Colin’s delicious cooking setting the tone for the day. Our room was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with all the little comforts that make a stay feel special. After trying different places over the years, we can happily say we’ve finally found our go-to spot for this little tradition of ours. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to be back.
