Turtle Island Bed And Breakfast

My wife and I stayed at this bed and breakfast two weekends ago as a last minute getaway from children. Took a boat tour to bolt castle for the day. We booked our room with a king bed and private bathroom. The booking was made the day prior. We have never stayed in a BB before. The booking was made and received confirmation. Upon completion of our boat cruise we had wanted to go for a hike but wanted to check into our room first which was between 3 to 7pm. We wanted to change and head out. We arrived to find the front door locked and no body around. The location had its charm but certainly needed to be weeded. The building was tired and requires updating. A note was left by the owner to head in and call him. He would be back home by 3pm. It was 320 when we arrived to find nobody. We di

Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was almost too pretty to. What a amazing culinary feast. Loved how both hosts (Chris and Ted) were intune to the what amazing things you can see and do within that picturesque town. The koi pond in the front is mesmerizing for all. Great place to stay when you need to push refresh. The native art on the walls totally add to it unique charm :)

The host is a lovely person. As soon as we arrived he gave us facilities and recommendations to enjoy the cruise. The house is beautiful, and everything is clean and in perfect order. But what impressed us most was the breakfast. It is better than a resort. It is a really gourmet breakfast. All delicate flavors and perfectly combined to make this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Perfectly located, a short walk from the boat tours and many restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. Great selection, generous portions, delicious and served with fresh fruits. The owner was welcoming, kind and offered great suggestions. We will be back! Only one room can accommodate an extra bed for a child so make sure to book accordingly. Our daughter loved her bed as well especially the cute comforter with teddy bears.
