The Woodview Inn

We had a wonderful time at The Woodview Inn. From the moment you drive up to this beautiful 200-year-old brick building, you feel transported to another time and place - and we were only 30 minutes from home! Our room was beautiful with furniture and decor that fit the period of the building perfectly, and it was immaculately clean. It was also equipped with a coffee/tea maker, and cookies. The hosts, John and Steve, are truly wonderful people who take the time for genuine conversation. When my husband called to book, they went right away to turn the heat on in our room so it would be warm when we arrived - those thoughtful touches made all the difference. We recently stayed at The Woodview Inn with several family members and friends for our daughter’s wedding in the area. Steve, John and the other staff members (Ms. Campbell) were all extremely pleasant and helpful. We had several different rooms - suites outside and rooms inside the main house - and they were all lovely and very comfortable. The breakfasts in the cooler were fun, especially since there was an opportunity to meet inside the dining room and eat together. The coffee was delicious. |Gananoque is a fun place to visit and everyone in the group found lots of great things to do. I highly recommend this Inn and hope to go again soon.

My partner, sister and I recently stayed at the Woodview Inn. My sister was headed to her Queen's Homecoming weekend and we were off to Kemptville so we decided to carve out some time to visit with each other. I chose the Woodview because the reviews were good and online pictures "looked Nice". WOW what an understatement!!!! This place is just so good.
