The Irish House Bed and Breakfast

Great choice for proximity to town and a lovely "home-like" feel to your stay! Gracious host who is very accommodating.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful weekend away in the beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. This trip was made very memorable mostly because of our amazing host Eileen and the wonderful welcome by her and her visiting sister. The breakfast served each morning consisted of a full Irish accompanied by fresh fruit, homemade scones and banana bread, juice, tea and coffee.|We felt like part of a family and not just another guest with a room key. We would highly recommend staying in this very comfortable home. One can be as chatty or as private as one chooses. I can't say enough positive things about our stay at the Irish B&B. Eileen is the perfect hostess, she is warm and nice, but spunky and funny at the same time. The B&B is impeccably clean, including the washroom, which was a huge thing for us. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The location is very central (within walking distance of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake). We've stayed at many B&Bs but this has by far been the best experience of all!

We LOVE The Irish House Bed and Breakfast! Eileen is just the best host and is so very accommodating. The homemade scones with butter and jelly are to die for! The location is a perfect distance between in town and the wineries. We make the NOTL trip yearly and have stayed at several other bed and breakfasts prior to finding The Irish House 3 years ago. Hands down, The Irish House is the best B&B in NOTL. We will never stay at another B&B. We are already looking forward to our return stay.

We just returned home from spending 2 nights at the Irish House B & B - Eileen's place. We loved it. Eileen made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived - which was after midnight!! She gave us a snack to tide us over until the morning, which was so sweet. Everyone has remarked about her wonderful breakfasts and I have to reiterate that they were marvellous. I don't know what time Eileen got up but the fruit cups were full, juice poured and all the other delicious items made to order. The scones were out of this world. Lovely lady to chat with and we would definitely stay there again when we go back to NOTL. Cleanest place we've ever stayed at. Thanks, Eileen.
