The Stocking House B&B

This fall, we stayed at Stocking House and had a wonderful time! The breakfast was excellent, made from scratch with local ingredients, and whipped together with care and precision. The hosts greeted us with smiles, even though we arrived around 11pm at night! The room was historic, stocked with coffee and extra toiletries, and had beautiful window shutters that were perfect for a fall day. We would stay there every time!

Spent 2 nights mid week at this absolute Jewel in NOTL We have stayed a numerous properties over the years and this by far outshines the rest 👍❤️ We stayed in the front Princess Charlotte room . Beautiful decorated super comfy bed-they even provide Woozoo fans in all rooms. Bathrobe, slippers, and a few extra toiletries added which are wonderful Our hosts Scott and Paul are like family - funny, charming and knowledgeable about all things NOTL . Breakfasts were super delicious all home made and beautifully presented. They even accommodate dietary needs. The gardens are amazing - pictures don’t do it justice Being a book to sit and relax there. We sat on the front porch in the evenings watching the people strolling by. We cannot wait to return and strongly suggest you book this

We just stayed in the luxurious 450 square foot Prince George room. It was like stepping back to a 19th century beautifully furnished residence but with modern adaptions. An outstanding feature is the charming roof top covered porch overlooking the award-winning garden. The meticulously kept garden must be seen. The well lighted bath room was really up to date and perfectly functioning. The tile and marble shower had a comfortable bench for seating and a well-engineered shower head. The welcoming air jet bath tub was relaxing after a long bike ride. Scott’s sumptuous breakfasts were the best that we’ve had in our 24 years of coming to NOTL. Paul enthusiastically and kindly assisted us with details. In our opinion, Stocking House is the best B & B in the NOTL area – definitely 5/5 stars.

Our hosts, Paul and Scott, at the Stocking house B & B are gracious and kind. The house captures the atmosphere of a 19th centaury manor in the grand tradition. There is private modern amentias with a shower within the suite. The continental breakfast is fab and Scott graciously modified my breakfast for my low salt restrictions. The gardens are calm with a Zen atmospheric garden of fountains which is dreamy. The bed four poster with real cotton sheets extremely comfortable. Just several blocks to the downtown Niagara on the Lake. And there is parking! I am so glad we selected the Stocking House for a much needed R & R. Thank you Paul and Scott.

Our 2 night stay was a very pleasant experience.|We stayed in the Princess Charlotte room/suite. We found it to be lovely, comfortable and pristine - as was the rest of the Stocking House. I loved the high, carved four poster bed that had a mattress that offered just the perfect degree of firmness.|Our hosts, Scott and Paul, were very helpful and welcoming. On day one, we enjoyed a very delicious breakfast with the the guests. The main course was one of our favorites - Eggs Benedict. We really appreciate Scott's willingness to prepare us a special breakfast on day 2. We needed hit the road early. He prepared our breakfast 2 hours earlier than he ordinarily would have.
