THE TEA COSY Bed & Breakfast (License No: 040-2020)

We took over all three bedrooms with our friends at The Tea Cosy for two nights & were impressed with the accommodations. Kads & Pran were wonderful hosts, all rooms were spacious, clean & well appointed. Great showers, towels, soaps, shampoos & lotions. Clear attention to detail. Great location within walking distance to Queen St. Beautiful backyard to unwind & converse. What was billed to be a continental breakfast turned out to be an endless feast. Various coldcuts, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, granola, breads, bagels, pastries, homemade muffins & jams, boiled eggs, juices, individual French pressed coffee & of course, teas. Highly recommended!

Kads and Pran have set a very high bar for bed and breakfasts! They are very gracious, attentive, and caring. All while being ridiculously fun to hang out with. Extra points for the location having on site parking and being so close to a bike rental spot!

Sept 2025 We stayed 3 nights in the Earl Grey Suite at the Tea Cosy Bed & Breakfast in Niagara-on-the-Lake. A family member recommended it, and it worked out great. We couldn’t have been happier! Our suite (up a short flight of stairs) was bright and beautifully decorated, with a spacious bedroom and sitting room plus a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A dresser, lots of closet space & a comfortable king size bed all made for a lovely respite at the end of our busy days! There was also a communal sitting room with a mini fridge and coffee maker for guests to use. The B&B has a great quiet location with parking and a beautiful yard with outdoor seating that guests can also use. It was close to the theatres, downtown restaurants, wineries and more. My sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at Kads’ and Pran’s BnB. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, showing us the property and assisting us with plans and recommendations. The Darjeeling room was thoughtfully decorated, spotless, and spacious, with a stunning spa-like bathroom . Our beds: very comfortable. Our morning began with a plentiful continental breakfast spread, featuring Kads’ homemade jams that were simply out of this world. All of the food was fresh and flavorful, mostly made from scratch. This was the first of many many more visits to Tea Cosy. Kads and Pran have a wonderful sense of humour and have thought of every detail to ensure their guests’ comfort. It’s a genuinely wholesome stay, like stepping into the perfect bed and breakfast straight out of your favourite family movie.
