Via Veneto Bed and Breakfast

While attending the plays at the Shaw Festival, we lodged at Via Veneto with Maria as our host. Our stay with her was most enjoyable because of her welcoming, helpful manner and her delicious breakfasts. The inn is surrounded by vegetation and there is a porch and patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and also throughout the day. If we have a chance to visit Niagara-on-the Lake again, we will definitely stay here.

We were in the Florence room, and it was cozy. The balcony had a nice view of the garden. The entire place was beautifully decorated and it was clean and tidy. The outside garden and patio was beautifully surrounded by flowers. The best part of this experience was the breakfast which was included. It was the best breakfast we ever experienced - amazingly crafted and delicious. The cook is an experienced Chef (who is one of the hosts) and it translated in the 5-course breakfast. The hosts are a married couple and were so sweet, kind, and helpful. Amazing experience and we’re so glad we found it by chance.

This was our first trip to Niagara On The Lake, and we are certainly planning on returning. Our two nights with Maria at Via Veneto were a huge part of why we enjoyed our visit to this pretty place. Maria is warm, welcoming, and the perfect hostess. Her small bed and breakfast is just as beautiful as the pictures on the website|Our room, with an en-suite bath, was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside under a shaded tent, with flowers all around, and unwinding at the end of our sightseeing day.||Maria set up a guest refreshment area, supplied with water, tea, coffee, cookies, yogurt and other treats, in the living room of her home. Maria was very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Our breakfasts were so good. Fruit, yogurt, breads, croissants, meat, cheeses, muffins, juice, and coffee. We stayed two nights and breakfast was different both days. It is a great location to walk to Old Town. Beautiful garden and sitting area outside. Thank you Maria for the great two days.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this great B&B. The hosts, Maria and Joe made us feel comfortable and the breakfasts were top notch, fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs and crepes. The property is very well maintained and very clean. Maria and Joe are very invested in their guests and property and it shows! Thank you for helping make our stay on NOTL fantastic.
