Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge

We stopped for drinks and dinner at Vintage Vine Lounge and Bar during our stay at the hotel. The overall atmosphere, design, and staff were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food experience was not the best. The cauliflower wings were undercooked inside and soggy on the outside. I ordered the fish and chips — the fish was quite dry and lacked seasoning. It comes with two sauces and sweet potato fries, which were actually very good. The smashed burger was also quite dry. For drinks, we had two beers (which were fine) and two Caesars that were very watery. In the end, our bill was around $150. We left full, but not satisfied with the quality of the food. During our visit to the Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge at the Pillar and Post Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, we were truly impressed by both the exceptional service and the outstanding food. From the moment we arrived, Erin, our waitress, made us feel warmly welcomed. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care elevated our entire experience. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout our meal. The culinary highlight of the afternoon came from Chef Correy, whose dishes were absolute perfection. Small little bar inside the Pillar and Post. Food was outstanding. Burgers were huge! Not a big menu but definitely a good dinner option if you like pub fare. Highlight was there large list of non alcoholic beverages. Usually we are limited to a few selections but they had a number of options made with non alcohol spirits rather than the traditional versions which just leave out the alcohol.

Great spot either for drinks before heading into the Cannery, or just taking a break from shopping. Great service and food. Shout out to Heather who helped me pick my drinks!! She can make a great Old Fashion!!

Really beautiful town but this little lounge is nice to visit. The food was very good I had the smash burger and it was delightful. I would definitely visit again.
