Zees Wine Bar & Grill

This was our 3rd time in 4 years having dinner at Zees. We book the dinner package at Harbour House. As good as the meals were the first 2 times, this was the best yet! We shared the tuna and shrimp appetizers. We both had the beef tenderloin. And for dessert we had the lemon cheesecake and strawberry mousse. All courses were fantastic. The tenderloin was super tender with an amazing scalloped potatoes. Our server Mark, was great. Very personable and never made us feel rushed. Mark made it a great experience. Can’t wait for the next time we can dine at Zees.

Not sure if it’s because I visited at the end of lunch service on a weekend but my experience here left a lot to be desired. I typically love steak frites but this was not appealing to look at talk-less of eating. The steak was cold and the fries tasted like they were refried, hence overcooked. Not sure I’ll recommend this place for a bite.

Really great food, service, and atmosphere. Laura was awesome! The duck confit is to die for and the charcuterie was a perfect sharing size :)

First class restaurant. The portions were generous. Sean was very friendly and funny. We ordered the 3 course menu for $80 and we has cocktails. Will definitely go back.

Visited here for dinner and our anniversary. We were seated early and enjoyed the food. My wife had the GF filet, which was served with scallop3d potatoes and asparagus. I had the prime rib, which was served with mashed potatoes and reasonable vegetables. Both were served with a tasty wine reduction sauce. The server was great and attentive. My only negative was that the food was served too fast as we did not have much time to enjoy our drink. However, we both said we would visit here in the future.
